Our Response

Our Response

Updated June 22, 2021

As a leader in funeral service, Wagley Funeral Home continues to monitor the restrictions and recommendations of our national, state, and local orders in regards to slowing the contamination spread during the pandemic of COVID-19.

Today, the Michigan Emergency Order rescinding all previous gathering and face mask orders goes into effect.  This means that as of today no gathering limitations or face mask requirements remain in effect for those attending funeral, memorial, committal, visitation or other services.

We continue to offer live web streaming of services for families who consent, via a secure shareable email link that can be distributed among their discretion. With permission of the family, this can be posted on an individual's tribute wall for general public viewing of the recording.

Rest assured that Wagley Funeral Home is exercising all health and safety procedures in order to protect our families and staff from any possible exposure. We appreciate your cooperation in helping heal our world.

Under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, FEMA is providing financial assistance for COVID-19 related funeral expenses incurred after January 20, 2020.
