Updated July 11, 2020
As a leader in funeral service, Wagley Funeral Home continues to monitor the restrictions and recommendations of our national, state, and local orders in regards to slowing the contamination spread during the pandemic of COVID-19.
In accordance with Governor Whitmer's Executive Order issued on July 10, 2020, all persons who enter our facilities are required to wear a proper face covering, with the exception of those under the age of five years old or those who cannot medically tolerate. Learning from best practices, responsible physical distancing of at least 6 feet is strongly encouraged. Furthermore, we ask that attendees practice good hygiene and refrain from public gathering if currently ill.
Graveside and off-site services will be regulated by same restrictions, unless specific venue or local statute differs.
We are offering live web streaming of services for families who consent, via a secure shareable email link that can be distributed among their discretion. With permission of the family, this can be posted on an individual's tribute wall for general public viewing of the recording. Keep in mind, you can always express condolences or order flower tributes here on our website. Local florists are still able to fulfill your orders.
We understand the anxieties, sadness, and guilt that exist with this necessary social distancing, at a critical time when families need social exposure the most. Rest assured that Wagley Funeral Home is exercising all health and safety procedures in order to protect our families and staff from any possible exposure. We appreciate your cooperation in helping heal our world.
