Linda L. Gee Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

BROOKLYN – Linda L. Gee, of Brooklyn, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the age of 63. Linda was born April 27, 1956, in Adrian, Michigan, the youngest child of Reed and Esther (Wagner) Wotring. She was a 1974 graduate of Blissfield High School and went on to earn an Associate’s Degree from Washtenaw Community College. On June 16, 2018, she married Gerald Neeley, and he survives. Linda was a registered nurse working first at Beyer Hospital in Ypsilanti and since 2000, at University of Michigan Hospital’s Cardiac Procedures Unit. A great lover of the outdoors, Linda enjoyed camping vacations and deer hunting. She especially enjoyed water activities including boating, kayaking and fishing. Linda attended Turning Point Church. In addition to her husband, Gerald, she is survived by her son, David (Samantha) Gee of Concord, MI; grandsons, Ethan and Dylan Gee; step-children, Patrick (Liz) Neeley of Louisana and Erin (Tim) Archuleta of California; siblings, Lawrence “Butch” (Laurie) Wotring, of Kewanee, IL and Nancy (Herb) Estes of Jackson, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents and son David’s father, Terry Gee. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Turning Point Church with Pastor Christy Shaw officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2019 from 2 to 8 p.m. at Wagley Funeral Home in Adrian. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Linda are suggested to Turning Point Church for the benefit of their Heart Beat Group.
