Clifford "Cliff" John Lulham

ADRIAN- Clifford “Cliff” John Lulham, age 87, formerly of Tecumseh, MI, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Hospice of Lenawee Home surrounded by his loving family. Cliff was born on November 7, 1938, in Falmouth, MI, part of Missaukee County. He was the third of Charles and Sylvia (Lauffer) Lulham’s four children. He learned the importance of working hard growing up on the family farm. Cliff’s fun and outgoing personality developed early and drew people to him. He graduated from Onsted High School in 1957. On July 3, 1957, Cliff married his high school sweetheart, Joyce Feller. They faced some trials early on in their marriage when trying to expand their family; however, Cliff and Joyce remained hopeful and were blessed with four children that brought a great deal of excitement into the family home. Cliff served his country in the United States Army from 1961 to 1963. Cliff’s career was in the automotive field where he was an inspector for Ford Motor Company for 31 years. He was a motorcycle enthusiast his whole life; riding enduro bikes and in later years Harley Davidson. Cliff loved to ride with friends and there were many road trips over the years. He liked antiques and was especially fond of old cars and clocks. He taught himself how to repair clocks and worked with his good friend Veryl on fixing up cars that they often would buy and sell. His card game of choice was Euchre, and he had many Ford friends that would make time to play a quick game. It was during the time that Cliff was attending Bethany Assembly of God Church that he met a wonderful woman. Cliff was fortunate to find love again and married Joy Kidd on July 5, 1991, in Adrian. They combined their families and for the next 35 years they grew in love and shared many lasting memories, which included camping throughout Michigan and Ohio. In addition to his wife, Joy, Cliff will be missed by their children, Melody Lulham-Gray, Crystal Hosler (Gary Vetitoe), Katrina (Jason) Himebaugh and Nathan Myers; daughter-in-law, Michelle Lulham; grandchildren, Lance, Chelsea (Sabriena), Dustin (Alecia), Danielle (Rob), Hannah (Jaston), Cheyenne, Mark, Brandon (Brittany), Aaron, Ashley, Jay and Julia; great-grandchildren, Gabryl, Yzlynn, Braxton, Ondine, Olivia ,Greyson, Makenzie, Peyton, Brooklyn, Ellie, Camden, Aleah, Poppy, Pierce; and his faithful companion, Snoopy. He was preceded in death by his children, Mark and Linda who died in infancy, Daniel Lulham and Suzette Lulham; and siblings, Harold Lulham, Erma Smead and Betty Lou Lulham. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 2 to 6 PM at Wagley Funeral Home, Adrian. Cliff’s funeral service will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 1 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Wes Rowan officiating.
